Cultural music group, United Boys Culture, accuses Timaya of song theft over his latest track, ‘Dey Your Dey’, claiming it samples their song of the same title without permission.

In a video message shared on their TikTok page, the group’s leader appealed to Timaya to cease using their intellectual property, citing a previous incident where he allegedly sampled their song ‘As E Dey Sweet Us, E Dey Pain Dem’ without consent.

The group urged Timaya to respect their rights and seek permission for any future remixes. Timaya has not responded to the allegations as of yet.
