Stop minimizing women’s accomplishments because they are married, BBNaija’s Uriel cautions.

Uriel Oputa, a former housemate on Big Brother Naija, has issued a warning to those who “downplay” women’s accomplishments because they are single: stop doing so.

She bemoaned the fact that in Nigerian society, a woman’s achievements are meaningless if she is single, regardless of her level of achievement.

The 35-year-old singer clarified that some women make the decision to remain single and said that the idea was incorrect.

“In Nigeria, if you like to be a billionaire, have the most successful business, or be the most famous, you haven’t accomplished anything unless you are married,” Uriel wrote on her Instagram story.

incredibly pointless perspective. It’s true that some women have no desire to get married. Give up minimizing the accomplishments of women due to marriage.
