American rapper Robert Rihmeek Williams, known as Meek Mill, is contemplating a move to Africa, specifically Ghana.

In a series of social media posts, the estranged boyfriend of Nicki Minaj expressed feeling unsafe in America due to escalating crime and insecurity.

He voiced his desire to obtain Ghanaian citizenship, stating that America was designed to oppress black men who don’t conform to authority. Meek Mill highlighted issues such as rampant illegal immigration, the proliferation of automatic guns in inner cities, drug-related dangers, and the impact of algorithms on societal control.

He emphasized his admiration for Africa’s perceived lack of such issues and expressed a desire for dual citizenship. This announcement comes after Meek Mill’s phone was stolen at a concert in Ghana in 2022, but was later recovered by Ghanaian police and returned to him.
