Manchester United Dutch midfielder Donny van de Beek is ready to join Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt on loan in January.

Italian journalist and transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, disclosed this on his X handle.

Van de Beek has concurred individual terms with Frankfurt, who are currently set to finish a loan fees with united in an arrangement that will likewise incorporate the choice to make it long-lasting.

The deal remains subject to a medical and can only go through on January 1, so Van de Beek will continue to train with United until then and will be available for selection.

Eintracht will also pay United a loan fee.“

Van de Beek came close to leaving United in the summer, but interest from Real Sociedad, Lorient, Fenerbache and Galatasaray failed to materialise in a deal.

The 26-year-old wasn’t included in United’s Champions League squad as it was expected he would leave at the time, but he was named in the 25-man Premier League squad once the transfer window closed.

He has made just two appearances this season, playing 19 minutes of the Carabao Cup win against Crystal Palace in September and then two minutes in a league defeat to the same opponents four days later.
