John Ighodaro, better known as Johnny Drilles, is a Nigerian singer who recently announced the birth of his daughter.

On Thursday night, Drille made the announcement via his Instagram account.

Amaris, the baby, was born on November 17, making her six weeks old at this point.

He wrote: “Today, six weeks ago, we held our daughter in our arms for the very first time. It’s the most miraculous thing I’ve ever encountered, though it’s difficult to explain.

Never had a stronger sense of obligation to care for and protect. I ask God to help me be the best father I can be for our daughter every day.

On July 4th of this year, Drille wed music executive Rima Tahini.

Tahini is employed by Mavin Records, the label Drille is signed to, as the Director of Artiste and Repertoire (A&R).
