The actress declared herself to be “alive and healthy” in a video posted to her Instagram page.

She was reacting to reports on social media that said she had passed on.

She claims that the candle-themed post she made earlier was a memorial to a friend she recently lost.

“I posted a picture of myself on a half-burned candle after losing a very close friend, and now everyone is saying that I passed away.

In the field of journalism, when in doubt, you omit the information. You don’t post if you can’t convince the person to at least corroborate the story.
