DSS takes Control Supreme Court Over judgment on Nnamdi Kanu

DSS have taken over security arrangement of the Supreme Court ahead of judgment in a suit by the Federal Government against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

The make or blemish judgment is supposed to be conveyed by the peak court toward the beginning of today.

DSS agents impeded the street prompting the court and the Manor door, turning around defendants and supporters of oneself acclaimed IPOB pioneer.

Armed operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS, have taken over security arrangement of the Supreme Court ahead of judgment in a suit by the Federal Government against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.

The make or mar judgment is expected to be delivered by the apex court this morning.

DSS operatives blocked the road leading to the court and the Villa gate, turning back litigants and sympathisers of the self acclaimed IPOB leader.

Journalists accredited by the Supreme Court with official tags were also turned back from accessing the court premises.

It took the intervention of highly placed officials of the Court before the operatives grudgingly allowed newsmen.

The main entrance into the courtroom was blocked with an unmarked security vehicle where journalists were thoroughly frisked before being allowed entry.

the hour of this report, the Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun-drove board is being anticipated to spread the word.

At The supreme court had, on October 5, scheduled today to convey judgment on the allure is trying to urge the Central Government to set the troubled head of IPOB free from confinement.

A five-part board of the peak court headed by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, approved the matter for judgment, after counsel for the two players took on their last briefs of contention.
