Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, a prominent crossdresser, was apprehended by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at Pinnock Estate in Lagos on Wednesday.

The arrest was made on allegations of currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira.

Dele Oyewale, the spokesperson for the commission, has assured the public that an official statement regarding the situation will be released soon.
