Diddy’s son, Christian Combs, reportedly faces an upcoming lawsuit alleging sexual assault and drugging of a woman.

The lawsuit has yet to be formally filed, but attorney Tyrone Blackburn indicates it’s in progress. The identity of Combs’ accuser remains undisclosed, and details surrounding the case are scarce.

While the rapper hasn’t directly addressed the allegations, he posted on social media, urging to “stop the cap” with a blue cap emoji.

Reportedly termed as “serious” by wbls, these allegations add to the legal woes faced by his father, Diddy, who has been embroiled in lawsuits involving sexual assault, sex trafficking, and drug abuse.

This pending lawsuit emerges following federal raids on Diddy’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles. Christian Combs and his older brother Justin Combs were briefly detained during the raids but later released.

Blackburn, known for representing clients in litigation against celebrities like T.I., Tiny, Nicki Minaj, and Kenneth Petty, is also the attorney for Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs earlier this year.
