Ruger, the stage name of Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, has disclosed that he “slacked” in 2023 because of the “wrong people” in his life.

He clarified that he stopped feeling like himself because of how much the energy of the “wrong people” around him affected him.

He emphasized that he would be a “mad, dangerous, selfish, and loving man” in 2024 and claimed to have left the “wrong people” behind in 2023.

Ruger posted on Instagram, saying, “2023, I failed. I allowed the wrong people to influence my energy because they were around me. I reached a point where I no longer felt like Ruger. In any case, I’ve parted ways with all of them in 2023. I am a crazy, dangerous, egotistical, and loving man in 2024.
