Nigerian singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, famously known as Terry G, has candidly discussed his relationships with colleagues in the music industry.

The ‘Akpako Master’ revealed that he currently doesn’t have any strong bonds with fellow artists, partly due to his loner personality.

Speaking on a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, Terry G admitted, “I’ve never had friends, not just in the music industry but throughout my life. I am a loner.”

He explained that his time is primarily spent in the studio, focusing on business-related matters rather than building personal connections.

Terry G continued, “To be honest, I think my child is my only friend. Anyone else close to me is purely for business purposes.”

While he acknowledged past friendships, such as with Timaya, Terry G noted that they have since drifted apart without any particular reason.

He added, “My relationship with Illbliss is good. Although we had some issues in the past, we’ve since resolved them.”

Despite maintaining communication with some colleagues via phone, Terry G emphasized that his interactions are primarily business-oriented, with little emphasis on personal relationships.
