Bob Marley’s Granddaughter Chooses Burna Boy for “Dream” Collaboration with Late Icon

Zuri Marley, the granddaughter of the late Jamaican reggae legend Bob Marley, expressed her desire to see Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy collaborate with her grandfather, stating that he is the only artist she would have cherished seeing alongside him.

She shared this sentiment during the premiere of the movie ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ in London, emphasizing her conviction that Burna Boy’s collaboration with her grandfather would have been remarkable. Miss Marley reflected on her choice, affirming,

“The person who I would want my grandpa [Bob Marley] to collaborate with is Burna Boy. I had to think about it. I went backstage and I was like, ‘Burna Boy. Africa Unite.'” It’s worth noting that the soundtrack EP of the music biopic ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ featured two Nigerian artists, Wizkid and Bloody Civilian.
